“How much is a ready house?” has no answer over the phone without information. Not because we hide prices, but because two houses of the same area can differ a lot in cost. These are the factors that make the difference.
Area and number of floors
Area is the starting point, but not the whole story. A two-storey house with the same total area as a single-storey one needs smaller foundations and less roof, but it needs a staircase and a different structural design. That is why we always ask for area and number of floors together, as in the quote request form.
Ready model or custom design?
A ready model has been designed and studied in advance, with known moulds and details, so its cost is clearer and its delivery shorter. A custom design needs its own architectural and structural study and may need panels in non-repeating sizes. It is not necessarily much more expensive, but its cost is set after the study. Finish level
The concrete structure is only part of the cost. Floors, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and facades can differ greatly between an economy and a premium level. So the quote states the finish level clearly, and some items can start basic and be upgraded later.
Land and foundations
Soil type and the slope of the land determine the type and size of foundations; a sloping plot or weak soil needs more work than level, firm ground. Site preparation and service connections also come in here.
Transport and site access
Panels are delivered by truck and lifted by crane, so the distance from the factory, the width of the road and the space around the house all affect the transport and installation plan and its cost. A site in a mountain village with a narrow road differs from a plot on a main road.
How do you get an accurate figure?
Send us the governorate, project type, approximate area, number of floors and rooms, and the state of the land through the quote request form. From this our team starts the project study and prepares an itemised quote. To understand what makes the system different in the first place, see Why Choose a Precast Concrete House?.
