How to request deletion
Send an email to info [at] uphome.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating the name and the phone number or email you used to contact us.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete your messages and contact details from our mailbox and records, and confirm the deletion by replying to you.
We may keep only what we are legally required to, such as contracts and invoices where an actual engagement took place.
Social media data
If you contacted us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, the request covers the data we received from that platform. What the platform itself keeps is managed from your account settings there.
