What we collect
When you submit the contact or quote request form we receive what you write: name, phone, email (optional), project details and your message. This data reaches us by email and is not stored in a database on the website.
To protect the forms from flooding we temporarily keep a one-way fingerprint derived from your IP address (not the address itself) for up to 24 hours; it is enough to count attempts and the address cannot be recovered from it.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and email you a confirmation of receipt, prepare a quote and deliver the project if we agree, and to send you our offers and news. We do not sell or rent your data.
Cookies and marketing tracking
This website uses cookies and measurement and advertising tools from Google and Meta to measure visits, improve the service, measure ad campaigns and show our ads to site visitors. Agreeing to this is a condition of using the website, and visitors are informed by a notice on their first visit.
When you submit a form, we send your email and phone number in unreadable hashed form to advertising platforms to measure campaign results. Submitting any form requires agreeing to this policy and to your data being used to contact you and send offers.
You can delete cookies from your browser settings at any time, or request deletion of your data as described on the data deletion page.
Retention
We keep request messages for as long as needed for communication, contracting and legal obligations, then delete them.
