Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us most before starting. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.

How is a precast concrete house different from a lightweight prefab?
A precast concrete house is built from reinforced concrete panels, so it is a permanent home with the strength of concrete construction. Lightweight prefabs (cabins and light steel frames) differ in materials, lifespan and insulation.
Is the house earthquake resistant?
Load-bearing concrete panel systems are known for good seismic performance thanks to their stiffness and tied-together elements. Every project is structurally designed for its location and number of floors.
Is it fire and damp resistant?
Yes. Concrete does not burn, and the house resists damp and mould, insulates sound, is not affected by termites and does not attract rodents.
Can a ready model be modified?
Yes. You can start from any model and adjust the interior layout or facades. Major changes turn the project into a custom design.
Do you work in every governorate?
Yes. We work in every Syrian governorate and our engineering and technical teams come to your site. Access to the land affects the transport and installation plan.
How much does a precast concrete house cost?
Cost varies with area, number of floors, design, finish level and site conditions, so we do not publish general prices. Send a quote request and we will prepare a detailed offer.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We follow up after handover under clear warranty terms stated in the contract.
Can the facades look different from bare concrete?
Yes. Facades can be finished in a range of colours and textures chosen with the client before production.
